What: District "B" Councilmember Stacy Head will attend a ribbon-cutting for the Grand Opening of Seattle's Best Coffee House at 506 St. Andrew Street in the River Garden neighborhood. The event will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, July 12, 2010. The community is encouraged to attend.
